The Chelmsford Singers

Following our disappointment of Saturday when, due to adverse weather conditions we cancelled our concert, we bounced back yesterday evening with a concert performed in our normal Tuesday evening rehearsal venue accompanied by Chris Strange on piano and under the baton of our MD, James Davy. Thank you to our supporters who came to listen – some even had the dubious pleasure of watching us warm up before the concert! We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the weather will be kinder to us on Saturday June 30th when we will be performing, in St Michael’s Church, Galleywood, a programme of European music. It would be great to see you in the audience on what could be, keeping everything crossed, a pleasant summer’s evening.
